The Mantis 2x2 light trap is designed to one thing and that's catching a lot of flying insects. A LOT. It's not designed to be discreet or be a showpiece. It's designed to capture as many flies onto it. The glueboard on this is exposed, unlike a lot of the more stylish ones. But while those are great for environments with a lot of people, the Mantis is for environments that need to be flying insect free. The glueboard is huge and it's very exposed to get as many flies trapped on there as possible. The glue on the glueboard is also extremely sticky and it does not dry. I kept seeing newer victims everyday and they're stuck on there good. This light trap is meant to trap a lot of flies so you don't have to bother with them at all.
